The Challenge

The brief was to create a space where Vans could tell their unique story of how they came to be. From a small skateboarding community in 60’s California, to a fashion brand loved the world over today. Using reference from the coming-of-age high-school film ‘Fast Times at Ridgemont High’, we were asked to build a space that took staff on an emotional & interactive journey. They also wanted to introduce their new strap line - ‘Be the Original’.
